By using SafeTea Verify, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
SafeTea Verify does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, photos, or location.
All verification queries (e.g., phone number, email, photo, or name lookups) are initiated by you and transmitted securely to third-party APIs for processing. SafeTea Verify never retains or reuses this data.

When you initiate a lookup, SafeTea transmits your input (e.g., a phone number, email, or name) securely via HTTPS to one or more of the above APIs. The data is used solely to retrieve verification information and is not stored by SafeTea.

The Enformion API is used only for informational, personal-safety purposes — such as verifying the general identity or credibility of a person before engaging or meeting.
SafeTea Verify is not a background-check service,
consumer reporting agency, or investigative tool under the Fair
Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
You may not use data obtained via SafeTea Verify or
Enformion for decisions related to:
- Employment
- Credit
- Housing
- Insurance
- Tenant screening
- Any other legally regulated determination
Data retrieved through Enformion is provided “as is” and is not independently verified or stored by SafeTea Verify.
SafeTea Verify does not maintain a central database or log of your
searches.
Limited, non-identifiable technical data (e.g., API request timestamps,
app version) may be logged temporarily for service reliability and abuse
prevention.
All transmissions use TLS 1.2+ encryption.
We do not collect advertising identifiers or use
cookies or trackers.
SafeTea Verify processes all payments securely through
Apple’s in-app purchase system.
SafeTea does not have access to your credit card or billing
information.

SafeTea Verify is intended for users aged 18 and
older.
We do not knowingly collect or process any data from minors.
If a parent or guardian believes a minor has provided data, please
contact us immediately for deletion.
SafeTea Verify does not store user input or results.
Third-party providers (such as Enformion) may temporarily process and
retain query data per their own retention policies for fraud prevention
or compliance purposes.
We maintain strict security standards, including:
- End-to-end HTTPS encryption
- No local or cloud data storage
- No analytics SDKs
- No third-party tracking or advertising tools
Since SafeTea Verify does not collect or store personal information,
there is generally no personal data to access, modify, or
delete.

APIs, partners, or regulations.
